At Dr. Optimalist, we take pride in the quality of our skincare products and customer satisfaction. Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy as detailed below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • The product delivered is incorrect or does not match your order.

  • The product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.

❌ Products cannot be returned if:

  • They have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • They are returned without original packaging, seal, or invoice.

  • The issue arises due to skin reactions (since results vary by individual).

2. Return Process

  • Customers must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@droptimalist.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Product details

    • Images of the product and packaging (if damaged/incorrect/expired)

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for return pickup or replacement.

  • Products must be returned in unused, sealed condition along with original packaging and invoice.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • In case of wrong or damaged delivery, we will provide a free replacement of the product (subject to availability).

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
